DC REZIDENCE facility is located on the southern edge of Prague, and nearby nature offers hiking and cycling trips and in-line skating, as well as relaxing walks (Modřanská rokle, Kunratice Forest, Točná Natural Park, the Vltava River, etc.). In all directions from the building can be found also some cultural interest.
In distance of about one kilometer there is the shopping center Novodvorská Plaza, banks and services, amount of other shops and a post office are available on foot. If needed, Thomayer Hospital is also nearby.
